Main performance:

1. Productive width (W): 12--24mm. Part 8mm can be made

4. It has four forming methods: blow molding, male mold molding, and back blow molding.

5. Using a magnetic levitation linear motor for web pulling, with a repeat accuracy of ±0.002mm, the adjustment of the web pulling stroke is digitized, input directly through the human-machine interface, providing high precision, fast speed, and one-step positioning.

6. Punching and forming are completed synchronously in the same mold, with the depth and speed of the downward pressure adjusted numerically to ensure the stability of dimensions such as E, F, P0, and P1.

7. The heating module adopts the design of guide post and guide sleeve to ensure the straightness and stability of the up and down movement.

8. Automatic cutting.

9. Double water circulation in the track, effectively reduce the shrinkage of the molding.
