4. It has four forming methods: blow molding, male mold molding, auxiliary molding, and back blow molding.

5. Using a magnetic levitation linear motor for web pulling, with a repeat accuracy of ±0.002mm, the adjustment of the web pulling stroke is digitized, input directly through the human-machine interface, providing high precision, fast speed, and one-step positioning.

8. The punching module is equipped with a pulley fixture or punching correction device, which can ensure that the edge holes are always OK.

9. The addition of a cylinder pusher on the track ensures that the tape remains stable during the heating and forming process, thus guaranteeing the stability of the F value.

10. Both feeding and collecting can be set to "automatic, manual, stop", in three working states.

11. Each module is equipped with high-precision linear guide rail systems in the horizontal and vertical directions, ensuring the linear movement of each module in front and rear, left and right.

12 Each module can adjust the slope, moving lightly, conveniently and quickly.

13. The forming module and punching module are equipped with a high-precision optical digital display system, with an accuracy of ±0.005mm. Adjusting the P2, F values allows for displacement values to be seen, making one-step positioning convenient and quick.

13 All modules are chrome-plated and made of steel.
